Operations and Copywriting Associate

Job type: Full-time | Work Location: Remote


SellerSlice Inc. is looking for an Ecommerce/Amazon/Walmart Operations and Copywriting Associate. This individual will be responsible for the back end Amazon and Walmart ecommerce account management for SellerSlice’s current and future clients. This position will ensure our services are delivered with the utmost accuracy and efficiency for our brands.
As a SellerSlice Ecommerce Operations and Copywriting Associate, you would be responsible for tasks associated with Amazon and Walmart Seller platforms for multiple brands. These tasks include but are not limited to product audits, optimization, listing creation, keyword research, monitoring and reporting product performance, submitting cases and following through with Amazon and Walmart account managers and product or sales copywriting. In summary, you would be focused on achieving short and long term business success for our brands based on their unique needs within Amazon and Walmart ecommerce platforms. This is an exciting role for someone with enthusiasm, dedication, and a real passion for growth.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field or equivalent work experience

2 years Amazon Operations and Copywriting Experience

Minimum of 2 years of professional e-commerce experience

2-4 years experience with online marketplaces such as Walmart and Amazon is a must

Minimum of 2 years professional Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon Seller Central experience

Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, etc.)

Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work

Meticulous attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and manage multiple seller accounts at the same time

Advanced copywriting skills

Detail oriented, highly organized, proactive, able to work independently while also contributing to team effort

Data and analytical skills

Strong relationship skills are a plus

Professional phone and video conference etiquette

Proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work

Client escalations experience a plus

Strong organizational skills

An ability to bring brand identity to life through an authentic and consistent voice across multiple channels

Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to commit to and meet brand deadlines along with internal team deadlines

Familiarity with Graphic Design, SEO and SEM as it relates to Ecommerce

Operations and Copywriting Associate Job Duties

Audit and optimize product listings within the Amazon or Walmart platforms
Collaborate with Brand Managers to optimize product photos, marketing copy, etc.
Monitor product performance and health
Maintain data integrity across Amazon channels
Create, manage, and perfect product listings on Amazon and Walmart selling platforms.
Update keyword-rich content for product descriptions, titles, and content pages.
Inventory management: maintain and update inventory availability.
Inventory Forecasting on a monthly basis for assigned accounts
Project manage all content-related tasks for assigned accounts
Research, develop and update product/sales copy for a variety brand categories
Other duties as assigned
